Jazna ships all merchandise via United States Postal service or UPS ground delivery which usually takes between 2-6 days depending on zone being delivered to. Please refer to the following chart.

We will strive to ship your order within 2 business days ( or sooner) in some cases, of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays). However, peak seasons such as Christmas, Valentines Day and Mothers Day may require additional time. Shipping charge is a flat rate of $8.00/box on all retail orders within the US. Additional charges may be expensed on heavier merchandise. If in a rush, Next day air is available at a flat rate of $30, and 2 nd day air is $18.00 on jewelry items. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Please contact us if you need this type of delivery.

Please Note: For custom orders, delivery time does not include creation time. Creation time usually takes between 2-3 days depending on the complexity of the design.

MINIMUN PERCHASE
For Retail customers there is no minimum order requirement.
Wholesale customers have a minimum purchase amount of $100.00 per order. However, there is no minimum quantity per item.
