EXCHANGES
Any item may be exchanged within 7 business days from the time of receipt of the item by the customer with the original proof of purchase. If an item of greater value is selected as the exchange, the difference will be required prior to shipping.

GUARANTEE
Within 45 days of purchase, an item may be returned for replacement due to manufactures defect at no charge with original proof of purchase. After 45 days, an item may be returned for a service fee of $7.00, with the original receipt. If an item is no longer available, the customer may choose a new piece of equal or greater value from Jazna's current line. If a greater valued item is selected, the retail difference will be required as well as applicable sales tax prior to shipping date. This guarantee doesn't cover normal wear and tear or wholesale orders. A Return authorization number is required on all returns. Call the corporate office at 813-319-0073 to receive the RAN.

RETURNS on CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are returnable for workmanship or quality issues only. If we make a mistake, we will correct it at our expense. All authorized custom made returns are subject to a 50% design fee for our time in creating your order. Shipping will not be reimbursed. Any custom order, those not derived from online images, is not returnable under any circumstances.
